Who's That Girl

I LOVE this Tommy Ton photo from Style.com.  I am not sure who the girl is but she reminds me so much of Madonna in the 1980s.  The blonde hair with volume, the white sunglasses and the exaggerated black satin Balenciaga sweatshirt.
